Terms & Conditions – Lavish Escapes

  1. Agreement to Terms

The purchase of any travel services offered by Lavish Escapes constitutes a contractual agreement between the client and Lavish Escapes, representing the client’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. Acceptance of these terms is required for booking and acknowledges that the client has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them. When the client books a trip, they accept these conditions on behalf of their entire travel party. It is the client’s sole responsibility to verify that all details on confirmations are correct.

  1. Trip Destination

Lavish Escapes curates personalized travel experiences based on the client’s budget, preferences, and travel dates. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the client grants Lavish Escapes permission to select and finalize the travel itinerary. Lavish Escapes is not liable for dissatisfaction regarding the selected destination, and refunds will not be provided under such circumstances. Destinations are chosen based on survey responses, budget considerations, and availability.

  1. Travel Details

Name Accuracy

Ensure that the name on your booking matches your government-issued ID exactly. Name changes may not be permitted by airlines and other service providers. If a name change is required, additional charges may apply, and it may be treated as a cancellation.

Ticket Modifications

Date and time changes may be possible but are not guaranteed. Clients should contact Lavish Escapes as soon as possible for assistance. Changes are subject to availability, and fees may apply as per the policies of airlines and other providers.

Day of Travel

Clients will be informed about their departure details in advance. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time for flights, trains, or bus departures. Failure to check in on time may result in denial of boarding, and Lavish Escapes will not be responsible for refunds or rebooking.

Missed Travel

If the client misses a scheduled departure, Lavish Escapes cannot guarantee rebooking or refunds. Airlines, bus, or train providers may mark the booking as a “no-show,” which could result in additional charges or the cancellation of the entire travel itinerary.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Refunds, if applicable, depend on the policies of the transportation and accommodation providers. Clients may forfeit 100% of the booking cost.

  1. Ticket & Travel Documentation

Ticket Delivery

Clients will receive e-tickets via email before departure. Some travel partners may require printed tickets, and Lavish Escapes will provide necessary details in advance. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided during booking.

Luggage Restrictions

Lavish Escapes will inform clients of baggage allowances. Any excess baggage fees imposed by airlines or transport providers are the client’s responsibility.

  1. Accommodation Compliance

Clients must adhere to the rules and policies of booked accommodations. Any damage, theft, or rule violations resulting in fines or expulsion will be the client’s responsibility. Lavish Escapes is not liable for additional charges incurred at accommodations, such as room service or late checkout fees.

  1. Conditions Beyond Our Control

Lavish Escapes is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Travel disruptions (flight cancellations, airport closures, etc.)
  • Terrorist activity
  • Epidemics or health crises
  • Government regulations or restrictions

In cases of severe travel disruptions, Lavish Escapes will assist clients in finding alternative solutions but cannot guarantee refunds or compensation.

  1. Liability Statement

Lavish Escapes acts as an agent for independent travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While all efforts are made to provide a seamless experience, Lavish Escapes is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or changes
  • Accidents, injuries, or property damage
  • Service failures by third-party providers
  • Government actions, strikes, or weather-related events

Clients must ensure they have valid travel documents and adhere to travel instructions. Lavish Escapes will not be held liable for losses due to passport issues, denied entry, or non-compliance with travel requirements.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, but Lavish Escapes does not assure full or partial refunds. Clients must submit refund requests within 10 days of trip completion. Any requests beyond this period will not be considered.

  1. Safety & Personal Risk

Clients acknowledge that travel involves certain risks, including but not limited to transportation accidents, illness, and unforeseen events. Lavish Escapes is not responsible for injuries, theft, or any incidents occurring during the trip. By booking, clients accept these risks and agree to hold Lavish Escapes harmless for such occurrences.

  1. Media Rights

Clients who submit travel photos grant Lavish Escapes full rights to use these images for promotional and marketing purposes, including partnerships with affiliated brands.
